Dereck Chisora: David Haye better train hard, because this will be warReported by Metro.co.uk on Monday, 11 June 2012 (on June 11, 2012)
*Dereck Chisora doesn't pull any punches during his chat with Metro before his controversial showdown with David Haye at West Ham's Upton Park on Saturday, July 14.

How are your preparations going?
Sparring is fantastic, training is my life right now and it is amazing. Everything is going really well.
There has been a lot of controversy about this fight with a lot of people saying it shouldn't go ahead.
Why do they say that? When there is something big like this with differences of opinion it is often difficult for people to accept. There has been a lot of negativity but if you don't want to watch the fight then don't watch it.
You brawled with David Haye in the press conference in Germany but it's not the first time boxers have exchanged blows outside the ring.
Exactly, Mike Tyson scrapped with Lennox Lewis and told him he wanted to eat his babies, Errol Christie and Mark Kaylor rolled around in puddles.... It's boxing, it's no tickling competition.
So you have no regrets about your behaviour in Germany when you also disrespected the Klitschko brothers.
It happened, it's time to move on and forget about.
How deep is your dislike for the Hayemaker?
I don't like David Haye one bit, I'm not a fan at all. I have known him since when I turned pro and he was defending his European (cruiserweight) title at York Hall. He didn't want to fight and was a pretender.
How do you think he has fared since he has stepped up into the heavyweight division.
He's not a heavyweight and I am going to hunt him down and kick his ass. David Haye doesn't know what's coming, if he did he wouldn’t be in this fight.
What is it in particular you don't like about your fellow Londoner?
My dislike of him is very strong. He talks too much crap so it goes very deep. I just don't like him. He's not respectful and half of London hates the guy.
What will victory in this fight lead to? Another world title fight?
All I'm thinking about is David Haye
Does the fact this is at Upton Park worry you as he is from Bemondsey near Millwall?
This is no derby match, it's just me and David Haye in the ring. It's me and him fighting to the finish. No-one else is involved.
Have you got a game plan?
I'm going to track him down and f*** him up. I don't want to hurt him so bad I will leave him in a wheelchair but I want him to wake up the next morning knowing I gave him a real beating and that he is in pain because of that.
How big is this fight?
Nothing in this country has even come close. 44,000 people watching in the stadium and millions on television. It's going to be massive. Let's just get it on. Everyone is going to watch it. There won't be another fight like this in Great Britain for ages. There was the Thrilla in Manilla, Rumble in the Jungle, those were great worldwide events. Maybe Mayweather/Pacquiao will be bigger if they ever get it on but fights like this come around only once in a while. It could be another 20 years before there is something like this again. This is going to be special.
How do you assess David Haye's last couple of fights?
He has danced around a lot but if he is dancing around against me it won't matter because I will still get to him. The Audley Harrison fight was a disgrace and people should have got a refund from Sky. That's not going to happen when I climb into the ring against him.
Will you suffer from nerves in the hours before the fight?
No. I will just hang out and chill out then it will be straight down to business.
Any special walk-on music between the dressing-room and the ring?
Yeah, we have something ready it will be fun.
Have you got a message for David Haye?
Train hard and make sure you are ready because it's going to be a war.
