*Frank Warren has warned the British Boxing Board of Control he will take legal action after officials threatened to withdraw his licence because of his involvement in David Haye's controversial fight against Dereck Chisora.*
The British heavyweights, who brawled at a press conference in Munich three months ago, are scheduled to meet at Upton Park on July 14th, in a bout sanctioned by the Luxembourg Boxing Federation.

Board officials are furious about the prospect of a high-profile contest taking place on British soil between two unlicensed boxers and have stated that anyone who participates in the fight 'will be deemed to have terminated' their licence.
Warren has now written to the Board to demand assurances his licence will not be revoked if he remains as Chisora's manager, and warned if he does not receive a satisfactory response by May 16th, he will instruct his solicitors to begin proceedings.
The promoter and manager also claimed the governing body had no grounds to revoke his licence, as its rules allow contests to be sanctioned by organisations affiliated to the Board, as the Luxembourg Boxing Federation is.
He also gave a list of reasons he claimed demonstrated the Haye versus Chisora grudge match could not be deemed to be bringing the sport into disrepute, including that the Board did not object to the WBA sanctioning a Floyd Mayweather fight, even though the American has a domestic violence conviction.
European law means the Board is powerless to prevent the governing body of the sport in Luxembourg staging the contest in London.
The thought of seeing Haye and Chisora settle their differences in the ring seems to have caught the imagination of the public and Warren claims to have already sold half of the 40,000 tickets available.
