Linea Group, the UK based business support consultancy, today announced the appointment of Sara Smithies as Senior Business Manager (Talent Acquisition).
Linea Group, the award winning UK based business support consultancy, today announced the appointment of Sara Smithies as Senior Business Manager (Talent Acquisition).
Commenting on her appointment, the Chief Executive of Linea Group, Ian Chambers said; ‘I am delighted to welcome Sara to our flourishing operation as a Senior Business Manager with special responsibility for talent acquisition. I believe this appointment reflects Linea Group’s continuing commitment to further expand its search and recruiting capabilities'.
Most recently, Sara held the role of Senior Manager at a leading independent specialist consultancy where she successfully developed, built and managed the Senior Appointments and the MS Technology Team for London and the South East.
Previously, Sara was a successful freelance consultant, placing IT and commercial professionals within various high profile public and private sector clients across the UK and Europe.
Director of Business Development, David Hopkins noted that;‘Sara will further strengthen our capability to deliver seasoned permanent, contract and interim resource for our clients up to and including Board level’.
Director of Marketing and Lean Sigma Programmes, Ian Ormrod said; ‘The Senior Management team is looking forward to working with Sara. Sara's remit will be to further develop the acquisitions function for highly experienced Permanent, Consulting and Interim professionals on behalf of Linea Group's business clients, ranging from CEO and Director levels to Management and Technical Specialists.
