Channel 4 Voice and Gesture App Developed by KIT digital Shortlisted for IBC2012 Innovation Award

LONDON--(Marketwire - Jun 12, 2012) - Channel 4, the British public-service television broadcaster, has been shortlisted for an IBC2012 Innovation Award for its implementation of an app developed by KIT digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: KITD), for its 4oD video-on-demand service. This innovative app extends 4oD to the Microsoft Xbox 360 game console and leverages the Xbox Kinect's Voice and Natural User Interfaces, allowing users to browse and choose video content using intuitive gesture and voice controls.
