Align is pleased to announce and welcome Martin Williams to our growing London team as Director of the Empower Practice for the EMEA region.

Martin's responsibilities include extending existing Align IT solutions and developing new offerings to ensure alignment with the market’s current and evolving requirements. He will be strengthening our team of certified and experienced consultants, who are charged with helping shape and deliver upon our clients strategic IT objectives whilst ensuring quality engagement delivery.
Martin (36) joins Align from PTS Consulting where he developed and led the strategic Business Systems Consulting group. His recent career has been focused upon bridging the gap between business and IT infrastructure – particularly pertinent given the prevailing economic climate of continued pressure to reduce IT spend whilst doing more with less.
Martin states, “Clients are increasingly seeking expert strategic advice, particularly in developing IT Strategies, Data Centre Strategies, and in Application Migration initiatives. Align is extremely well positioned to offer this insight, and the unique ability to determine and implement solutions. I’m excited to be joining the Align team, and look forward to building on my 18+ year technology career to help clients both old and new."
