PG Alluvial Mining has appointed the law firm of Chetcuti Cauchi to prepare its prospectus and enable the Company to apply to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to upgrade to the Entry Standard segment of the Open Market.

PG Alluvial Mining has appointed the law firm of Chetcuti Cauchi to prepare its prospectus and enable the Company to apply to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to upgrade to the Entry Standard segment of the Open Market. The Company is also in the process of preparing audited year-end financial statements as part of this process.

“We are delighted to announce this appointment” said CEO Jacky Pluton, “it means we are on track to upgrade to the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, which ensures greater transparency for investors.”

PG Alluvial Mining PLC, through a wholly owned subsidiary in Mali, focuses on mining and exploration in West Africa specialising in the field of gold. Mali is the third largest gold producing country in Africa, but large-scale gold mining is a relatively young industry and considerably underexploited.

Over the next decade economists are near unanimous in predicting rising gold prices and ownership is considered a very important part of a financial portfolio.

PG Alluvial Mining PLC Overview

PG Alluvial Mining PLC is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (PG5). Founded by Jacky Pluton, the company has a wholly owned subsidiary in Mali (JPG Comptoir Mali), that is licensed to purchase, produce and export gold, and has a number of concessions leased from the government including ten 10 km river leases and two land leases.
