Amanda Jacobellis, one of Hollywood’s top celebrity make-up artists, and founder of Makeup Mandy, the “Eyelash Bar to the Stars” has trained the Hollywood Tan eyelash technician to help women look and feel beautiful with mink eyelash extensions.
