Verygoodservice.com , the website dedicated to companies offering good products and good customer service announces today the release of additional functionalities on its website. This new set of features will allow companies to showcase several aspects of their customer service strategy, displaying information such as their customer service philosophy presented by a senior executive in the company, customer service video illustrating the key features of the service offered by the company, dedicated email to the customer service team, dedicated telephone number and dedicated Twitter account. In addition, companies will continue to be able to display the awards they have won recently and will be able to create windows onto customer testimonials, customer service videos, third party customer assessments or their own set of customer service metrics, thereby bringing in one place all factors demonstrating the quality of their customer service.
For each company listed on the website, a set of icons will summarise what elements of the company's customer service philosophy are displayed on their dedicated page. A number of companies have already taken advantage of this new service which is made available to all new joiners and will be gradually offered to companies already listed on the site.
Verygoodservice.com was launched in 2011 to respond to a couple of key trends in the internet market place: a)the emergence of massive price competition in the form of discounts, vouchers, special offers and promotion is adversely affecting the shopping experience and customer service deteriorates as a result; b) the emergence of social media has helped the propagation of negative news with regards to companies’ service levels. To address these issues, verygoodservice.com aims to be a place where consumers will easily find the companies and services they are looking for with the comfort that these companies have been recognised as good operators.
