Bring the $370 Billion CIO Back To New York, Jamie

No wonder the $370 billion Chief Investment Office of JP Morgan Chase could deal unsupervised by US banking regulators and the ovcersight of headquarters. It was operating in London, 5 hours in time and thousands of miles from chairman Jamie Dimon-- and just as importantly the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the fellows that are supposed to be monitoring JPM, and how it is investing depositors' money.
