Africa: Family Planning Summit Focuses On Mother and Child Survival

[IRIN]London -By focusing on health and mother and child survival, and sidestepping some of the more contentious issues, the 11 July London Summit on Family Planning led to financial pledges of an extra US$4.6 billion for family planning services in developing countries over the next eight years.
